Reflects Company’s Focus on Long-Term Value Creation
JOHNSTON, Iowa, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Vylor (NYSE: VYLR) today announced that its Board of Directors, at its quarterly meeting, authorized a new, multi-year $3 billion share repurchase program, consistent with the capital allocation strategy outlined at the Company’s Investor Day on September 15, 2026.
Under the share repurchase program, which is immediately effective and does not expire, shares of the Company’s common stock may be repurchased periodically in open-market or private transactions. The actual timing, number and value of shares repurchased under the Company’s authorized share repurchase program will depend on a variety of factors determined by management, including the market price of Vylor common stock, general market and economic conditions, applicable legal requirements and other business considerations and uses of capital, including organic growth, dividends, and acquisitions.
“This action underscores our Board’s confidence in Vylor’s future and the strength of our balance sheet and cash flow,” said Vylor CEO Chuck Magro. “Vylor’s new share repurchase program, together with the Company’s quarterly dividend, is part of a comprehensive capital allocation program founded on long-term value creation, which will benefit all of our stakeholders.”
The Company will release its third quarter 2026 earnings on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, after the stock market close via press release and its website. The earnings will be presented in a live webcast on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The slide presentation that accompanies the webcast will be posted on the Company’s Investor Events and Presentations page. A replay of the webcast will be available on the Investor Events and Presentations page until November 12, 2027.
